📌 Nonna’s Organic Deli & Grocery — Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Delivery‑Only • Limited Daily Orders • Everything Made From Scratch

1. What kind of store are you?

We are an organic restaurant and convenience store offering freshly prepared meals, organic groceries, snacks, beverages, and everyday essentials — all available delivery‑only.

2. Do you have a physical store customers can visit?

No. We operate exclusively as a delivery‑only business. We do not accept walk‑ins or in‑person ordering.

3. How do I place an order?

Online only. All orders must be placed through our website.

4. Why do you sell a limited number of orders per day?

We hand‑make everything — our pizza dough ferments for 36 hours, our breads and tortillas are made fresh daily, and we juice all fruit in‑house. Because our process is extremely labor‑intensive, we limit the number of guests per day to maintain quality.

5. What does it mean if I can’t place an order?

If the system won’t let you order, we are sold out for the day. Once we reach our daily capacity, ordering closes automatically.

6. Can I call with questions?

You can, but we receive a very high volume of calls, and phones may not be answered during peak hours or when we’re closed.

The fastest way to reach us is by texting our number, which goes straight to our receptionist email for a quick response.

7. When can I ask questions?

We only answer questions when ordering is closed. During active service hours, our team is fully focused on preparing orders.

8. Why didn’t anyone answer the phone?

If we’re closed, sold out, or handling high‑volume orders, we may not be able to pick up. Texting is always the best option.

9. How fast is delivery?

All orders are delivered in 60 minutes or less.

10. Is there a delivery fee?

No delivery fee on orders of $25 or more

$8 delivery fee for orders under $25

11. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within our designated service area. Availability is confirmed during checkout.

12. Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimum order. Delivery fees apply as listed above.

13. What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If something is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a substitute. If you decline, we’ll refund that item immediately.

14. How are refunds handled?

Refunds are processed instantly and returned to your original payment method.

15. What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide selection of:

Organic prepared meals

Organic groceries & snacks

Organic beverages

Organic & earth‑conscious home goods

Everyday convenience items

16. Are all of your products organic?

Yes — everything is organic except a small number of essential non‑food items (like trash bags). We follow strict product standards.

17. Can I view ingredients and allergen information?

Yes. We provide a dedicated Ingredients & Allergens page listing all ingredients and potential allergens.

18. Do you accommodate dietary preferences?

Yes. You can note dietary preferences or restrictions before checkout, and our kitchen will prepare your order with care.

19. Can I customize my order?

Most menu items offer customization options, which appear during ordering.

20. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are securely processed through Toast.

21. How do I know my order was received?

You’ll receive an order confirmation via email or text, depending on your checkout preference.

22. Will I receive delivery updates?

Yes — delivery updates are sent via text.

23. What if there’s an issue with my order?

Please text or contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

24. Why is everything delivery‑only?

Operating delivery‑only allows us to focus on speed, quality control, sustainability, and a better overall guest experience.

Why didn’t the store pick up my phone call?

Our store was closed at the time you called we are open (6pm-2AM) or our lines were busy. We still accept calls and orders over the phone during this period,

If you can’t reach us by phone, simply text our store number. One of our receptionists will respond to your message as soon as they are available.
